Day 1

Ok....

I am so not good at this whole dieting thing but I'm giving it a try. So here goes:

Breakfast:

Parfait from Mickey D's (I'm in love with these things!)
Cherrys
Water


Lunch:
Lasagna ( I cooked it for dinner last night)
Crystal Light Lemonade

 Snack:
2 Clementines

Don't know what's going to be for dinner tonight. Probably some sort of chicken...

For exercise, I'll probably workout in the house to Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred since the weather is acting crazy. We'll see how that goes.

Now What?!

So, now that y'all have been all up in my personal business (because I put y'all there.... LOL) you all can tune in to my weight loss journey I'm on now. I will NOT be posting my weight on here because I don't like scales. They are the devil! I know I have to get on one to see what my starting weight is so I can update on how many pounds I lose..grrrr!!! I will also post pictures of what I eat, recipes, work out regimen, maybe some videos and anything else that I feel like posting. LOL! Hopefully a some of you will join me and comment on things you do to lose weight, stay in shape or just do to make you feel good!
